What data we use

• When you write to us: your name, e-mail address and message, so we can reply and, if you ask, send you a proposal.
• When you book a call from our link page: your answers to the questions, your e-mail address and the time you picked, so we can set up the Google Meet call and add it to our task list.
• When we work together: contact and billing details, for the contract and for invoices, as the law requires.
• When you visit the site: the server sees your IP address in order to show you the pages and to limit repeated form submissions. Statistics about the pages you visit are collected through Google Analytics only if you click “Accept”.

Who has access

Only us, the providers who keep our site, e-mail, calendar, task list and statistics running, and our accountant, for invoices. Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the EU, with the safeguards the GDPR requires. We don't pass your data on for any other purpose.

How long we keep it

• Messages that don't turn into a project: 12 months.
• Contracts and invoices: as long as the law requires.
• Statistics: 14 months.

Cookies

The site only sets cookies if you accept them. These are Google Analytics cookies and they last up to 2 years. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. In your browser we also keep only your choice, a few display preferences and, on the booking page, your answers until you close the tab.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Write to us at [email protected]. You can also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority.
